CARMEN or THE FATEFUL GAME OF LOVE

5 men, 6 women

An almost-musical treatment of the renowned tale of the lovely Carmen, whom many might desire, though she herself most craves freedom and independence. We also meet the fateful, self-destructive lover José, not to mention the "fearless toreador" Escamillo. The production is otherwise wrapped up in the theme of relationships between men and women – and it’s altogether natural that it culminates in the realization that one can’t manage without the other.
